Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Real Estate Development Specialist to join our team at 2coms. As a Property Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to capitalize on new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads through targeted outreach and follow up with potential clients to ensure timely responses to their inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Liaise with clients and builders to provide updates on new projects, pricing, and service status.
  • Analyze market trends and share relevant information with clients via email or WhatsApp.
  • Document CRM with accurate details and set reminders for follow-up leads.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet daily and weekly targets.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • At least one year of experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and resolve issues.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

What We Offer
