About Stranger Soccer:
We are a sports and recreation company that has transformed the scene in Singapore by making playing football as easy as going for a jog. Our acclaimed Mobile App allows users to browse dozens of games, book a slot, and turn up to play.
Incorporated in 2017, we have grown to be the #1-way people play football and futsal in the country, amassing tens of thousands of registered users purchasing thousands of slots every week.
Job Description:This is a leadership role that involves bringing our brand and business to life for the assigned city. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a small central team, as well as freelance Official Hosts to kick off the operation.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure prime slots at football venues to run Stranger Soccer games
- Engage in creative sales and marketing efforts to introduce customers to the platform
- Oversee a schedule of games to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Take advantage of the strong backing and direction of Singapore headquarters
To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for football, a strong connection to your local football scene, a business background in management and customer service, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a commitment to owning, driving, and scaling the Stranger Soccer brand in the assigned market.
A hunger to succeed is also essential, with financial compensation proportionate to hard work, business acumen, and effectiveness.

Estimated Salary Range:The estimated salary range for this role is ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and performance.
