Junior Client Servicing Executive Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Client Servicing Executive to support senior team members in managing day-to-day client accounts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting senior client servicing team members in managing day-to-day client accounts
  • Coordinating with clients to understand their requirements and communicating them effectively to internal teams
  • Assisting in preparing presentations, briefs, and reports for client meetings
  • Working closely with creative and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Monitoring project progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and updating clients regularly

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Client Servicing/Account Management (preferably in advertising, marketing, or digital industries)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Enjoys working in a team environment and values collaboration
