Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) expert to join our team. As an SEO/SEM specialist, you will be responsible for managing all search engine optimization and marketing activities.

You will be expected to develop and implement strategies to increase rankings on major search networks and maximize Return on Investment (ROI) in paid search campaigns.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Track, report and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Develop and implement link building strategy
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
  • Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience in SEO and SEM management
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin)
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript development and constraints
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
