About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Coordinator to support our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution of business initiatives and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement operational processes and procedures across multiple lines of business
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to stakeholders
  • Perform complex administrative tasks, including policy changes, process enhancements, and technology upgrades
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic programs and projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or business operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Root Cause Analysis and process improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency in CORE application and other relevant tools
  • Compliance expertise and knowledge of regulatory requirements
