Job Description:

A sales-focused opportunity has arisen at Paracoat Products Ltd. for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our aftermarket division in India.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to spearhead the promotion and distribution of our Sound Damping Materials and Car Mats (Paramat) across individual states in India.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Distribution Support and Engagement

Foster strong relationships with local distributors to enhance supply chain operations and ensure efficient product delivery.

Sales and Promotion

Maintain a strong market presence by actively marketing and selling Paramat products to auto stores within designated states.

Market Insights and Analysis

Analyse market trends, identify potential sales opportunities, and provide regular sales and market analysis reports.

Promotional Activities Coordination

Organise promotional events and campaigns to boost brand recognition and collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials.

Travel and Field Work

Conduct regular market development and sales visits within assigned states using your own two-wheeler for effective mobility.

Customer Relationship Management

Develop lasting relationships with new and existing clients and promptly address customer queries to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior sales experience in the automotive sector is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in the local language of the assigned state
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated with capacity to work independently and collaboratively

Estimated Salary: ₹8,50,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum
