Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to drive the success of our clients' digital marketing campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in strategizing, executing, and optimizing various performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to meet and exceed client goals and objectives.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Analyse campaign performance data and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
  • Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to refine campaign elements and improve performance continuously.
  • Generate regular performance reports and dashboards to track campaign performance against KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and digital advertising.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving measurable outcomes and exceeding client expectations.
  • Certifications such as Google Ads certification, Facebook Blueprint certification, etc.
