Customer Onboarding Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned Customer Onboarding Specialist to lead the first impression of our company on customers.

  • This role involves managing the onboarding process, reviewing requests, and guiding customers through their journey to success by continuously improving the customer onboarding process through training, implementation, and support.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Project managing customer implementations for enterprise clients or consulting with clients on business process improvements at the Director, VP, and Exec level of Fortune 500 companies.
  • Developing a deep understanding of SaaS and Cloud-based software environments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate process improvement and overall account health.
  • Partnering with clients to understand operational challenges and develop solutions using the Spendflo platform.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Technical Onboarding Manager, Solutions Architect, or Implementation Consultant.
  • A builder mindset, comfortable in a startup environment, taking projects from 0 to 1.
  • Advanced understanding of APIs, webhooks, and CRUD actions.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting technical problems where answers are not obvious or Google-able.
  • Ability to create net-new process diagrams/workflows with customers to increase value.
