About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Lead to spearhead our facade engineering team. This high-performing individual will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians to ensure successful project completion.

The ideal candidate will oversee the design, development, and implementation of facade systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of facade engineers and technicians
  • Oversight of facade system design, development, and implementation
  • Compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Project timelines, budgets, and resource management
  • Technical guidance and support to team members
  • Site inspections to monitor progress and quality
  • Client and stakeholder relationship management
  • Issue resolution and trend identification

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred
  • Relevant certifications
  • 5+ years of experience in facade engineering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong understanding of AutoCAD; experience with REVIT is highly desirable
  • Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
