Job Title: ATM Switching Solutions Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in delivering robust and futuristic solutions for ATM Switch and Cards & Payment domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing solution architecture, designing and delivering solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Architecture and Delivery: Develop and implement solution architecture designs that meet the requirements of our clients.
  • Vendor and Financial Management: Manage vendor relationships and develop project costs to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with projects, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience with ATM/POS switching, Debit Card Issuance/Management, Digital Channels interface, Encryption, HSM and ISO8583 messaging standards.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with EMV Contact/Contactless, VISA and MasterCard Card Issuing & Acquiring, Scheme compliance requirements.
  • Programming Languages: Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Cloud Service: Experience with cloud service platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
