**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year

About the Role

You'll work on developing end-to-end solutions that integrate business rules and processes, optimize workflows, and enhance operational efficiency through automation and modern UI/UX. Your expertise in Java development, Spring Framework, and BPM engines will enable you to design and develop robust, scalable platforms that streamline complex financial and tax processes.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop BPM-driven applications that automate and streamline financial and tax processes
  • Implement business logic using Drools or similar engines, ensuring dynamic decision-making within automated workflows
  • Build and maintain scalable Java-based back-end services while developing responsive and intuitive front-end applications using React and Redux
  • Integrate BPM platforms with existing financial systems and tax applications, ensuring seamless interaction between automated workflows and legacy systems
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-3+ years of experience in Java development, including experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)
  • Strong proficiency in React and Redux for front-end development
  • Understanding of BPM engines (e.g., JBPM, Camunda, or Activiti)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Experience with SQL and data management in large-scale systems
