Strategic Fundraising Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fundraising Strategy:
    Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure funds from various sources, including corporates, CSR programs, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), foundations, and institutional donors.
  • Donor Relations & Engagement:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing donors, sponsors, and key stakeholders. Cultivate new relationships with potential donors, partners, and funding organizations.
  • Grant Writing & Reporting:
    Lead the research, writing, and submission of grant applications and proposals to various funding bodies. Collaborate with internal teams to gather data, success stories, and program outcomes for use in proposals and reports.
  • Partnership Development:
    Identify and develop strategic partnerships with corporates for CSR funding, sponsorships, and in-kind contributions. Collaborate with the leadership team to align fundraising activities with Mission Even's long-term strategy and objectives.
  • Campaign Management:
    Lead and manage fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives that align with the organization's mission. Work with marketing and communications teams to create campaigns that drive donor engagement and visibility.
  • Team Leadership:
    Build and manage a fundraising team, fostering a culture of excellence and results-driven performance. Provide training, guidance, and support to team members, ensuring alignment with the overall fundraising strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience:
    7+ years of experience in fundraising, business development, or nonprofit management.
  • Fundraising Expertise:
    Proven track record of securing significant funding from various sources, including CSR, grants, and HNWIs.
  • Leadership Skills:
    Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills:
    Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey Mission Even's mission and impact persuasively.

About This Opportunity:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
