Global HEOR Strategist for Diabetes Pipelines

Job DescriptionThe Global Associate Lead-HEOR will drive the Health Economics and Outcomes Research strategy for our Diabetes pipeline products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including market access, commercial planning, and R&D, to develop and implement a comprehensive research plan. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing health economic models and conducting economic evaluations to inform product development and market access strategies
- Leveraging evidence generation activities to support business decisions and drive market access
- Supporting the development of a strong payer value story through credible health economics and outcomes research evidence
- Leading internal and external training and presentations to disseminate research findings across the organization
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in health economics and health outcomes research, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry or consultancy
- A scientific publication track record in peer-reviewed manuscripts is desirable
- Experience in the Diabetes therapy area and economic models such as Core Diabetes Model and PRIME model would be an added advantage
- Strong strategic thinking and drive for performance
