Job Title: Postgres Database Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Postgres database specialist to design and implement efficient database schema for large-scale applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in advanced query writing, data modeling, semi-structured data handling, and experience with ETL/ELT tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex queries using advanced Postgres features.
  • Prepare data for business intelligence dashboards using visualization tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data delivery and troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong Postgres SQL expertise.
  • Advanced query writing, CTEs, window functions, indexing, optimization.
  • Data modeling (star schema, facts & dimensions).
  • Semi-structured data handling (json/jsonb in Postgres).
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools.
  • Experience preparing data for dashboards.
