Rapido Cabs has made significant strides in its expansion plans, commencing services in eight cities. Notably, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Delhi stand out as key cities for this initial launch. Our ambitious plan includes a comprehensive expansion to encompass over 50 cities in the coming 12 months.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Product Designer to join us on our exciting journey. A champion in user-centered design, and promoting the value of design and user-centered thinking approach who could actively contribute, lead, mentor and support growth to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope and constraints in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure that team members' task problem statements are well-understood and actively participate in conceptualizing and driving the team to produce design solutions that meet the business requirements.
- Understand the impact and how to measure it. Navigate solutions that influence both inside and outside the design team and have a strong understanding of business success metrics.
- Ensure consistency of interaction across the app, reviewing interactions created by the team and refine them.
- Design visually appealing, elegant but impactful end-to-end experiences that improve the way users interact, scalable and effective design systems, ability to manage and oversee multiple design projects simultaneously and extensively contribute to the Rapido Design System.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech) to resolve interaction design conflicts, ensuring research insights are integrated into design decisions, curation and articulating the content design mapping the user personas.
Requirements:
- Comes with industry experience in leading projects, building positive relationships, seeking feedback to enhance and evolve.
- Experience in working in an agile environment, strong communication skills, comfortable in closely collaborating with the product, engineering teams, etc.
- Good understanding of accessibility designs and standards in application.
