Job Description:

Operational Procurement in our Business Services focuses on managing end-to-end transactional procurement processes, improving process reliability and service levels, increasing overall quality and automation, and capturing value on key focus areas.

You'll manage daily operations and work on end-to-end process improvement, performing transactional activities such as spot buying, PR to PO conversion, vendor master data management, and helpdesk services.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day procurement operations within the GBS function, ensuring efficient handling of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier management.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement requests from initiation through to order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and queries related to POs created.
• Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Initiate or execute archiving of contracts/purchase orders.
• Ensure operational compliance with all regulatory, internal/external guidelines and support audit activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3+ years of indirect spend procurement experience with strong negotiation skills.
• SAP module knowledge and experience.
• Desirable working experience in Shared Services Center procurement procedures.
