Job Overview

As a Performance Marketing Manager – E-commerce, you'll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through strategic performance marketing initiatives. You'll oversee all aspects of performance marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising, affiliate marketing, email marketing, social media advertising, and advertising on platforms like Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), Flipkart Ads, and other relevant marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preliminary product research, keyword research, and implementing them organically and inorganically
  • Responsible for day-to-day marketplace activities (including Amazon and Flipkart Ads)
  • Analysing revenue, campaign performance, ACoS, daily ad spends, etc.

You'll plan, create, and manage Amazon sponsored ads campaigns on Amazon Seller Central by formulating strategies and roadmaps for successful delivery of PPC campaigns. You'll provide strategic insights on campaign performance, staying on top of current search trends, competition, and pay-per-click best practices. Additionally, you'll be responsible for all regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis of digital activity, providing crucial insights into further sales and marketing opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have any graduate degree with a strong background in performance marketing, including experience running ads on various marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other related platforms. You should have hands-on knowledge of AMS Dashboard and experience managing ad spending upwards of ₹15 lakhs per month.
