US HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled US HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Technodeed Services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Human Resources.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, talent management, organizational development, client and vendor management, and more. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities- Onboarding and Offboarding Administration: Ensure seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees, handling all necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships with employees, address any concerns or issues that may arise, and promote a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Talent Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
- Organizational Development: Work closely with management to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive growth and success.
- Client and Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring excellent service and meeting expectations.
- BGC's and Drug Tests: Conduct background checks and drug tests as required by clients, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulations.
- I-9 and E-Verify: Verify and document employee eligibility to work in the US, ensuring compliance with immigration laws.
- Direct Deposit and W4 Forms: Collect and process direct deposit information and W4 forms from new hires, ensuring accurate payroll processing.
- C2C Paperwork: Handle all paperwork related to Contingent Workers, including drafting MSAs and SOWs.
- Vendor Management: Gather and review agreements, purchase orders, and other documents related to vendor management.
- Drafting and Negotiating Contracts: Create, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors, ensuring clear terms and conditions.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Manage external and internal contracting, negotiating net payment terms with sub-vendors and clients.
- Amendments and NDAs: Draft, review, and negotiate amendments, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), 1099 agreements, and clauses.
- Vendor Letters and End Client Letters: Provide supporting documents for C2C candidates and collect necessary documents (W9, certificate of insurance, I-9, articles of incorporation, void cheque).
- Document Filling: Assist with filling out documents for onboarding, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Proven ability to develop relationships with key decision-makers and work independently with limited assistance
