Job Title: Associate

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Design Associate. This position offers a unique blend of graphic design, merchandise design, and branding responsibilities.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in design software, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to bring fresh ideas into execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality product mockups, prototypes, and illustrations for merchandise and marketing materials.
  • Develop and implement market-driven merchandise collections that showcase consumer insights.
  • Produce graphics and illustrations for digital and offline use, including social media and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on artwork, branding, and event-related designs.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
  • Manage and organize design files for efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Stay updated on the latest design tools, practices, and trends to enhance outputs.
  • Support in creating impactful presentations and sales materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design (NIFT graduates preferred).
  • Experience: 3–6 years in merchandise, branding, or graphic design.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work (illustrations, merchandise, branding).
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
