Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven individual who can take ownership of day-to-day functions, support client requirements, and ensure smooth backend execution. The role offers exposure to international operations and hands-on involvement in our travel business.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Administration:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks, documentation, and record-keeping
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for smooth execution
  • Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics for projects and the travel vertical
  • Support marketing operations with timely updates, reports, and backend coordination

Client & Customer Coordination:

  • Communicate effectively with both international and domestic clients
  • Provide responsive support and follow-ups across calls, emails, and other channels
  • Track progress, resolve issues, and ensure service quality is maintained

Growth & Team Readiness:

  • Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and workflows
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency building
