Sales Manager Role at Khushi Housing Solution Pvt Ltd



We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:




  • Team Leadership: Manage a sales team and provide coaching, training, and leadership to ensure they have the necessary resources to perform effectively.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. Work with the team to set individual sales targets and track progress.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the team to develop sales scripts and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and reporting. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform their roles effectively. Plan and direct sales team training to enhance skills and knowledge.
