Sales Manager

Sonepar Group, a leading independent family-owned company, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth in the electrical products segment. With a strong presence in B-to-B distribution, the successful candidate will leverage their expertise to deliver innovative solutions to customers.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the electrical industry, with a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions
Requirements:
- Graduation in BE/B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation)
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in sales and customer relationship management
- Strong understanding of the electrical industry and its trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
