About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality agenda in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in the meat industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and delivery of our Foods strategic agenda to achieve and exceed business performance targets.
  • Manage and understand the Unit's Quality & Food Safety (Q&FS) objectives, ensuring their effective execution.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate Q&FS activities across business functions.
  • Develop and implement performance measurement tools and benchmarks, including reporting systems in accordance with company policies.
  • Drive a continuous improvement culture through aggressive review of site performance.
  • Provide guidance, direction, and development training to team members.
  • Ensure all Q&FS and risk engineering aspects are appropriately identified in all projects and capital investments.

Requirements:

  • At least 7-10 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment in the food industry, preferably in the Meat Industry.
  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Food Science/Technology/Microbiology.
  • Knowledge of Meat Processing, Indian legislation, and standards.
  • Process monitoring and control, Building & Managing Teams, Managing External Environment, New Product Development, Communication and interpersonal Skills, Vendor Management, Training, Coaching, and facilitation skills, Negotiating and influencing skills, Presentation skills.

Salary Range: ₹25,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
