Key Agent Role Summary
Our company is looking for a talented and driven Assistant Agency Manager to spearhead our health insurance agency business. This critical role will involve driving success across multiple locations, guiding agents through onboarding and coaching processes, and contributing significantly to business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive Agency Performance
- Grow the health insurance agency business across assigned locations by building strong relationships with agents, implementing effective strategies, and leveraging local market insights.
- Develop and execute location-specific plans to drive revenue, premium, and profitability targets.
- Coaching and Development
- Cultivate high-performing agent teams through regular coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure agents meet their productivity, customer engagement, and overall performance goals.
- Relationship Building
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
- Establish trust and open communication channels with agents, creating an engaging and motivating work environment.
Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in insurance, sales, or agency management.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving business targets.
