Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000, competitive with industry standards and offering opportunities for ESOPs.
Job Description
As our Scaling Growth Strategist, you will develop and execute growth strategies to increase order conversion, generic substitution, and user retention by analyzing qualitative, quantitative, and competitive data. You will drive end-to-end cross-functional execution of these growth programs, collaborating with various teams and influencing them into action persistently. Your ability to tell quant and qual stories regarding these problems and programs will be essential in obtaining feedback, iteration, and improvement from various stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must have at least 4 years of experience in ecommerce growth/strategy/programs. Strong spreadsheet skills are necessary for data-driven decision-making. Deep customer empathy is also essential to understand and address the needs of our customers. While proficiency in Hindi, Bengali, or Marathi is beneficial, fluency in English is mandatory.
