About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Enterprise Project Manager responsible for leading large-scale digital initiatives. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion, and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Provide regular project status updates, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, policies, and procedures.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a large consulting organization or enterprise environment.
• Proven track record of managing off-shore teams, Agile development projects, and delivering enterprise-scale web applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct virtual teams.
• Fluency in Japanese, with JLPT N1/N2 certification (or equivalent).
• Certified ScrumMaster and PMP Certification (or equivalent).
