Job Opportunity:

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Exchange's membership compliance by performing various activities related to this domain.

  • Screening and processing applications for changes in directorship as per Exchange/SEBI norms.
  • Maintaining records of all applications and following up with members via email and phone calls.

The ideal candidate should have experience in securities, capital markets, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, good execution skills, and effective communication are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrutinizing and processing change in director details, shareholding pattern, and directors as per Exchange/SEBI norms.
  • Updating SEBI portal and CRM database accordingly.
  • Closing alerts in Trackwizz application and maintaining monthly databases and MIS/collation of data for SEBI/Internal departments.

Required Skills:

  • Proactive individual with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good execution skills and effective communication skills.
Education and Experience:

A bachelor's degree in Law (CS/CA/MBA) from a reputable institute/university. At least 3-4 years of experience in securities, capital markets, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies.
