About the Role

  • Brand Ambassador: Develop and maintain VergeCloud's brand voice across all digital channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
  • Digital Content Creation: Create engaging content for our website, social media, and email marketing campaigns, driving user engagement and supporting our marketing objectives.
  • Paid Media Expertise: Collaborate with our marketing team to design and write effective paid media campaigns, optimizing ad copy and content for various platforms.
  • PR & Media Storytelling: Craft impactful press releases, articles, and communications to elevate VergeCloud's brand presence in industry publications and media outlets.
  • Event Content Development: Design and develop content for events, webinars, and conferences, including presentations, keynote scripts, and marketing materials to generate leads and amplify brand awareness.
  • Tech Industry Insights: Utilize your expertise in IaaS/SaaS/PaaS to create highly technical, insightful content that resonates with our B2B audience and showcases VergeCloud's expertise.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor our graphic design team to create visually compelling content that complements written materials and elevates the brand's impact across all marketing channels.
  • Innovative Thinking: Continuously push creative boundaries by developing innovative content strategies that align with business goals and resonate with our target audience.
  • Sales Enablement: Support our sales teams with effective collateral (sales playbooks, case studies, presentations) that empowers them to engage with prospects and close deals faster.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Collaborate with our marketing team to analyze content performance, track key metrics, and optimize campaigns to ensure consistent results.

About You

  • Proven Writing Expertise: 5+ years of experience writing B2B content, with a deep understanding of crafting messages that drive results in the tech, SaaS, and cloud infrastructure sectors.
  • Brand Management: Demonstrated ability to maintain brand consistency and safeguard the company's voice across all content channels.
  • Tech-Savvy Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and persuasive content for a variety of audiences.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong creative thinking skills, paired with a strategic approach to content creation and campaign planning.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Paid Media & PR Content Expertise: Experience creating content for paid media campaigns and PR materials, with the ability to tailor messaging for different formats and channels.
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing Proficiency: Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and best practices for content distribution and engagement.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience in leading and mentoring a design or content team, fostering creativity and driving team impact.
  • Quick Learning & Self-Starter: Able to rapidly understand new industries and content requirements, while demonstrating proactive initiative and a drive to meet tight deadlines.
