We are seeking an experienced Global Corporate Secretary to join our team in providing high-value business services to clients operating and investing globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a portfolio of non-listed client companies by providing the full set of corporate secretarial services;
  2. E nsure compliance with various regulatory and statutory requirements, including the Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules, Foreign Exchange Management Act, and registrations/modifications with authorities;
  3. Maintain good relationships with clients and identify opportunities for additional services;
  4. Supervise and review subordinates' work and assist in maintaining the smooth operation of the team;
  5. Assist the Manager in monitoring and managing the productivity and effectiveness of the team.
Key Requirements:
  • Degree holder and member of ICSI;
  • 0-1 years of post-qualification relevant experience;
  • Prior experience in client servicing environments is advantageous;
  • Strong knowledge of local country company regulations and familiarity with regulations of other overseas jurisdictions is required;
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
