Job Description
Peepal Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development and Marketing Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Development and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business prospects from multiple sources. This includes prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. Your dynamic personality and entrepreneurial mindset will be essential in building and cultivating prospect relationships.
You will work closely with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. This includes lead generation, research, and building relationships with new clients. You will also set up meetings with client decision-makers and plan approaches and pitches.
Qualifications and Experience:
We are looking for a postgraduate with an MBA in Marketing or a related field. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in business development and marketing. Candidates with relevant experience or interest in business development are welcome to apply.
Key Skills:
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be a natural business builder and networker who can ensure excellent client selection by leveraging relationships and analytics. The candidate will also be able to work across departments and maintain relationships with existing clients.
