Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day local/remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, and applications in a ticketing system. They will also need to facilitate customer resolution for calls and engage their supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts in the IT Support Center.

Technical Requirements
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems, including resolution of issues and full rebuild of PCs using client-specific documentation.
  • Working technical knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, antivirus products, and desktop services to resolve software application issues.
  • Ability to utilize provided knowledge articles to resolve issues with client-specific applications.
  • Customer-facing soft skills, including strong verbal and written communication.
Requirements
  • The candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Able to apply an intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common IT issues.
