As a key member of our Digital and Technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering innovative solutions for improving business processes using automation toolsets such as Automation Anywhere RPA, Win-shuttle SAP Master Data, and ServiceNow App-Engine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand, design, develop, deliver, and improve process automations while following Process Automation COE guidelines.
  • Solve day-to-day technical issues arising from running Automation-enabled processes and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with business SMEs to create process documentation in line with technical requirements and translate process flows into technical design and solutions.
  • Automate processes within defined scope and as per automation program timelines.
  • Manage scope changes through appropriate change control boards.
  • Ensure relevant approvals are taken from stakeholders during the lifecycle of developing and deploying automations and workflows.
  • Create and maintain appropriate documentation for the solutions, test procedures, and scenarios during Development, UAT, and Production phases.
  • Design solutions that enable integration of Automation tool with enterprise/external applications such as SAP, CRM, Web Portals, and On-premise & Cloud Applications.
  • Build prototypes, add new features, troubleshoot existing issues, and re-engineer existing solutions for improving performances and further automation of solutions.
  • Complete work assignments and priorities by coordinating and communicating with global stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of related experience required.
  • Hands-on experience on Robotic Process Automation & ServiceNow App-Engine development.
  • Hands-on experience on Dot Net/C#/VB/C++/Visual Studio.
  • Hands-on experience on Oracle, SQL databases, or any other Relational Databases.
  • Hands-on experience in any JavaScript.
  • Experience in Office 365 Integrations.
  • REST/SOAP Integrations.
  • Good to have: Basic understanding and experience of SAP (Preferred).
  • Fundamental knowledge of any workflow development/MS InfoPath/PowerApps/Win-shuttle (Preferred).
  • Good knowledge of Automation Anywhere 360.
  • Good Knowledge of Dev-ops Tools.
  • Knowledge on SharePoint 2010/2013.
  • Knowledge of any JavaScript Frameworks like (Angular/JQuery/Knockout/React/Vue).
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Framework.
  • Knowledge of any Intelligent OCR Tool.
  • Knowledge of any Process Mining Tools.
  • Understanding of Cloud-Based Systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters.
  • Preferred Major Area of Study: Computer Science.
  • Required Professional Certifications: RPA, ServiceNow App Engine, Dot Net, and SQL/Oracle.
  • Preferred Professional Certifications: SAP (any module), SQL/Oracle, Win-shuttle.
  • Preferred years of related experience: 8-10 years.
