Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking an experienced Principal SDET to lead a high-performing team of quality engineers in delivering cutting-edge, multi-platform software solutions across web, API, and mobile interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain software engineering standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and security across the development process.
  • Mentor talent on the team and contribute to technical leadership in automation, performance testing, and Agile practices.
  • Drive the development and implementation of automated test scripts using JavaScript/Typescript, Python, or Java, and leverage tools like Playwright or Cypress for efficient testing.
  • Collaborate with teams to define and implement test strategies, leveraging tools such as Zephyr for effective test case management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in automated testing of large-scale SaaS enterprise products in an Agile environment.
  • At least 2 years of technical team-leadership experience, with a proven ability to develop, mentor, and retain top talent.
  • A deep understanding of browser-driven end-to-end tests, API Automation, performance and scale tests, and security tests.
