Our Business Analyst will lead the development of advanced data models to drive business growth and optimize performance. They will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to solve business challenges and improve outcomes.Mining and analyzing structured and unstructured data using tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Spark are key skills required for this role. The successful candidate will build and implement predictive models, simulations, and machine learning algorithms to optimize customer experience, revenue, and operational efficiency.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of statistics and mathematics and be able to assess and validate new data sources and collection methods for accuracy and relevance. They will also develop custom data models and scalable algorithms tailored to business needs and use Power BI to visualize insights and communicate findings effectively.Additionally, our Business Analyst will lead automation of data flows, reporting, and analytical processes using Python, R, Power Query, and cloud-based tools. They will coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams to deploy models and monitor performance.Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field, at least 2 years' experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling, proven experience in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning, and strong programming skills in Python and R.Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization best practices is also essential, as well as experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS.
