We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst and Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Celexsa Technologies.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in managing administrative tasks, maintaining books of accounts, reconciliations, statutory compliance, payroll preparation, and other related duties.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and other reports as required;
  • Coordinating with vendors and liaising with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations;
  • Providing administrative support to the HR function, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance evaluations;
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity;

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
