Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Enterprise Away team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the operational plan and strategic roadmap of our enterprise solution, coaching individual contributors for professional and technical development, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to achieve our goals.

About This Role

  • Help drive the development of our enterprise solution, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and aligns with our business strategy.
  • Coach and mentor individual contributors to help them grow in their careers and develop the skills they need to succeed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless communication and effective project delivery.
  • Mentor both new and experienced engineers in technology and leadership, helping them build the skills they need to advance in their careers.
  • Guide teams to build systems that can scale to meet the growing demands of our business.
  • Track and ensure teams are delivering impact and outcomes in their work, measuring progress against key performance indicators.
  • Drive knowledge sharing programs across the engineering organization, promoting collaboration and best practices.
  • Hire and develop new team members, building a diverse and inclusive team that reflects the values of Clear Ventures.

About You

  • You have experience writing, delivering, and operating software in a SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and microservices architecture.
  • You have a proven track record of mentoring and developing successful teams, with a talent for coaching and guiding individuals to achieve their full potential.
  • You possess a strong sense of empathy for customers and teammates, with a deep understanding of the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
