Chief Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Human Resources Officer to lead the recruiting, compensation, and training of our division's employees. Key responsibilities include supervising local HR teams, implementing company policies, and designing employee benefits plans.
Key Responsibilities- Identify short-term and long-term hiring needs based on business requirements
- Set performance standards and evaluate local HR teams' effectiveness
- Design comprehensive compensation and benefits packages aligned with industry standards
- Develop onboarding procedures that align with our company culture and values
- Collaborate with department heads to organize employer branding activities
- Determine training plans per employee and department based on skill gaps
- Manage the division's budget to ensure efficient resource allocation
- Track recruitment KPIs and provide data-driven insights for process improvements
- Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards and best practices
- Support staff and managers on day-to-day HR issues
- Craft organization-wide strategies and objectives in collaboration with the National HR Manager
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Regional HR Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of full cycle recruiting processes
- Knowledge of local labor regulations and compliance
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems and HR Management Software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership abilities and team management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on location and qualifications.
