About the Job: As a Channel Sales Manager at Propacity, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in channel sales management to drive growth and expansion in the real estate sector.

Estimated Salary: ₹30-60 Lacs per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to build and maintain relationships with key channel partners.
  2. Create and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue through channel partners.
  3. Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they can effectively promote our real estate offerings.
  4. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within the real estate sector.
  5. Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
  6. Cultivate collaboration with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and support channel initiatives.
  7. Present regular reports on channel performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in channel sales management, specifically within the real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth through partnerships and channel management.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
