PropTech Channel Growth Specialist

About the Job: As a Channel Sales Manager at Propacity, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in channel sales management to drive growth and expansion in the real estate sector.
Estimated Salary: ₹30-60 Lacs per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to build and maintain relationships with key channel partners.
- Create and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue through channel partners.
- Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they can effectively promote our real estate offerings.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within the real estate sector.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
- Cultivate collaboration with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and support channel initiatives.
- Present regular reports on channel performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing field.
- 5-8 years of experience in channel sales management, specifically within the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through partnerships and channel management.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
