  • Communicate automation strategies, progress, and results to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks in automation testing and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure critical functionalities are consistently tested and validated through automation.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of QA experience and minimum 5+ years of test automation experience.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing testing strategies for diversified environments like Mobile/Desktop/Web/Api/Integration.
  • Automation skills like Selenium, Playwright, Webdriver.io, Appium, or similar.
  • Excellent experience in developing automation frameworks such as BDD, Data-Driven, Hybrid frameworks using multiple programming languages and experience with tools like Cucumber, SpecFlow, and Behave.
  • Strong working experience using programming languages like Java, C#, JavaScript, Python.
  • Experience in automated API testing using tools like Rest Assured, Rest Sharp, SuperTest, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of GIT and versioning.
  • Experience in CI/CD with knowledge on Configuration, Build, Release management using any of the tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Bamboo, BitBucket.
  • Ability to draft, distribute, and socialize formal documents like project reports, artefacts, and knowledge bases.
  • Experience in various agile project activities and techniques like stand-ups, iteration planning and execution, Kanban card walls, and retrospectives.
