Global Business Development Manager

At Sehyog Academy UK, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our student base and building strong relations with our existing clients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing organization at the forefront of Quality Education. You will work closely with the sales manager and other team members to ensure effective sales strategies, coordinate efforts, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads and schedule sales meetings with potential clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media
- Presents and attends inquiries from/to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of taking the various courses at our Academy
- Builts and maintains strong relationships with key decision-makers or parents in target clients, nurturing leads and guiding them through the admission process
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who can build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a self-motivated and proactive attitude with a strong drive to succeed and contribute to the team's goals.
BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you can grow your career and develop your skills.
