Job Overview

The Senior Professional Services Consultant will be responsible for designing and delivering Next-Generation solutions to our customers.

This individual will serve as an integral member of a highly specialized team, composed of engineers who design and implement Next-Generation technologies.

The role entails contributing to and occasionally leading engagements centered on these technologies at customer sites. This technical position requires the capability to manage, design and deploy intricate projects.

  • Contribute to customer engagements, assisting in the design and deployment of security solutions.
  • Act as a technical contributor, providing input and guidance around complex systems to secure the customer's environment.
  • Engage directly with customers and partner with their technical teams.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A 4-Year Engineering Degree / BS in Computer Science, MIS, business, or equivalent education/training/experience is required.
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in document creation is necessary.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience with firewall and IDS/IPS solutions in large environments is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the installation, configuration, and operation of Palo Alto Networks products is necessary.
  • Extensive knowledge of various security threats is mandatory.
  • A strong understanding of Internet protocols and applications is required.
