About Team

Our QR & Sound Box team plays a crucial role in growing the penetration of Paytm's QR Code & Sound Box business among Indian merchants. With extensive QR/Soundbox deployment, they work towards increasing distribution and market share in assigned areas of operations.

Responsibilities

  • Team Management (Service FSEs) - Minimizing management time through efficient ticket closure for both proactive and reactive merchants-related tasks.
  • Material Management from Hub to and Reverse Logistics) - Streamlining logistics and data handling.

Criteria

  • Strong service background with experience in DTH/Broadband/Consumer Electronics industries.
  • Local market knowledge.
  • Expertise in stock handling and inventory management.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be around ₹50,00,000 - ₹80,00,000 per annum, depending on the location and experience of the candidate.
