Job Description:

As a seasoned Air Logistics Sales Representative, you will be part of our dynamic team at Kuehne+Nagel, driving leadership expertise and management skills to deliver customer and operational excellence. Your primary objective will be to lead our people and customer operations strategy for the assigned territory, ensuring continuous improvement in development efforts.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business while optimizing operational processes and production costs by working with internal stakeholders and focusing on key objectives.
  • Drive development efforts through customer acquisition and retention programs.
  • Set up and monitor key metrics for operational excellence as per guidelines.
  • Track training curriculum and oversee implementation of customer SOPs to drive customer excellence.
  • Ensure operations are managed within regulatory requirements, company guidelines, industry standards, and management guidance, liaising with QSHE to ensure audit readiness at all times.
  • Establish procurement and pricing strategies to attract the right mix of business and trade lane development support in alignment with key stakeholders.
  • Optimize the usage of systems and tools, promoting e-touch initiatives (digitalization).
  • Analyze profit and loss reports regularly, ensuring target achievement and focusing on cost of production and financial targets.
  • Exchange key information with the network, which may directly or indirectly impact operations and potentially need process changes.
About You:
  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • You should have 10-12 years of relevant experience in the freight forwarding sector.
  • Strong customer management skills, knowledge of the market, and P&L expertise are essential.
  • You should possess stakeholder and customer relationships.
Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
