About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web3 & Blockchain Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team at NewGen IT in Indore, India. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering blockchain and Web3 projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.

This position requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology, project management expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
    - Plan, execute, and oversee Web3 and blockchain projects from initiation to completion.
    - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    - Allocate internal and external resources effectively to ensure project success.
    - Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and report on project status to stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise:
    - Possess a strong understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 concepts.
    - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of blockchain solutions.
    - Evaluate and recommend appropriate blockchain platforms, tools, and technologies for specific projects.
    - Provide technical guidance and support to project teams as needed.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    - Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    - Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project teams.
    - Communicate project updates, risks, and issues effectively to all relevant parties.
    - Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance:
    - Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
    - Perform regular testing and quality checks to identify and address any technical issues.
    - Implement best practices for secure and efficient blockchain development.
  • Risk Management:
    - Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
    - Proactively manage and resolve issues to minimize project disruptions.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on blockchain and Web3 technologies.
  • A strong knowledge of blockchain concepts, such as smart contracts, consensus algorithms, and decentralized applications (dApps).
  • A proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are a plus.
  • Familiarity with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and Polkadot is highly desirable.

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
