Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager

ReZa Smart Build Inc. is a leading provider of roofing solutions with over 30 years of experience in the industry.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and will be responsible for interacting with customers, architects, and retail partners to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers regularly to maintain high levels of engagement and build strong relationships
- Support team members to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Meet with architects to build relationships and generate long-term business opportunities
- Provide customers with insights on products and correct installation practices
- Meet with retail partners to increase sales and drive business growth
- Meet with consultants to generate project-based sales
Requirements & Skills:
- Graduate degree
- High energy and people interaction skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada & Hindi
- Track record of achieving sales targets
- Flexibility to work extended hours and on weekends
- Basic knowledge of computers and billing
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
Relocation:
- Own 2 wheeler required
- Comfortable with traveling to Peenya and in and around Bangalore
Experience:
- Retail sales experience: 1 year
Language:
- English, Hindi, Kannada
Shift Availability:
- Day Shift (Preferred)
