Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is ₹13,50,000 - ₹16,00,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a fixed CTC of up to 16 LPA and discretionary bonuses. Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with industry experts to drive the development of cutting-edge solutions for B2B marketing. As a key leader, you will collaborate with executives, engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver data-driven solutions that establish Madison Logic as a leader in ABM intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach team members on Agile principles, practices, and roles, ensuring alignment with the Scrum framework.
  • Support teams in identifying and removing impediments to enhance productivity and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints.
  • Promote a culture of agility, collaboration, and trust within the team and across the organization.
  • Own and standardize metrics to monitor team performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the scaling Agile practices across the organization.
  • Help teams mature in their Agile journey by introducing advanced practices and techniques as appropriate.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and organizational standards.

Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to work the GMT Shift Timing (11:00am – 8:00pm) Local Time and lead a biweekly 11:30pm IST call.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master working with multiple engineering teams.
  • Developer-level knowledge of roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Strong data analytics, reporting, and database experience (SQL preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team yet function well with independent responsibilities.
  • Attention to detail, organized, and thorough with a desire for continuous improvement.
