Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Avana Surgical Systems Pvt Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth for our Orthotics products within the Maharashtra region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a sales team to achieve revenue targets for Orthotics products
* Identify, appoint, and manage distributors to ensure efficient coverage across the territory
* Develop and implement training programs for distributor sales staff
* Leverage knowledge of patient care to better understand therapy requirements and help distributors improve patient-centric selling
* Formulate actionable sales plans to meet targets within defined timelines
* Conduct needs assessments with customers to provide solutions that align with their real needs

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* Proven experience in sales and business development
* Strong understanding of business drivers and ability to translate them into actionable strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
