We are a leading organization specializing in the disposal of fly ash from thermal power plants. Our mission is to establish long-term business relationships with various industries, ensuring safe and efficient disposal practices.

Job Description:
  • Complete responsibility for acquiring new business opportunities from thermal power plants for both legacy and fly ash disposal, aligning with management-set margins.
  • Identify and participate in upcoming tenders, bids, and projects to expand our customer base.
  • Maintain strong relationships with power plant heads to foster business growth.
  • Explore low-lying areas or mines for ash dumping, calculate transportation costs, and arrange local approvals from mine owners and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with buyers to meet their short-term and long-term business needs.
  • Coordinate with thermal power plants to ensure continued engagement and rapport.
  • Manage administrative tasks, ensuring safe and compliant ash disposal practices.
  • Build and lead an operational team once orders are secured.
Requirements:
  • Any graduate with 5 to 15 years of experience in fly ash business development.
  • Excellent connections with thermal power plants, cement manufacturers, and brick producers.
  • Demonstrated understanding of managing fly ash businesses.
  • Prior experience in bid participation, tender preparation, and document creation.
  • Strong negotiation skills and willingness to travel.
