Job Description:

  • We are looking for a skilled Electrical Design Engineer to lead the design and development of electrical systems for our substation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed designs, including general arrangement and schematic drawings, and ensuring timely submission to customers.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent coordination and communication skills, with experience in working with customers to discuss technical requirements and obtain approval for designs.
  • A key aspect of this role is to ensure that all documents are released on time for manufacturing and supply chain management, while maintaining the highest level of quality as per our Quality Management System.
  • This position requires strong technical expertise in designing control and protection panels up to 765kV level, as well as experience with numerical transformer differential relay, numerical distance protection relay, and other advanced technologies.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for designing substation automation systems, including system architecture, FDS, IO list, and SAS panel drawings.
  • In addition to these responsibilities, the Electrical Design Engineer will need to prepare and release manufacturing documents, such as wiring schedules, label lists, and cutout details.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills are essential for this role, as the successful candidate will work closely with project management, supply chain management, and customers to deliver the panels/systems on time.
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Design Engineer who is proficient in e3, AutoCAD, and MS Office, and fluent in English and Hindi.

Estimated Salary: ₹850,000 - ₹1,050,000 per annum

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design and development
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs on time
  • Strong technical expertise in electrical systems and automation
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
