Key Responsibilities:
- Explore and implement the latest technologies and approaches for cloud platform and data pipelines.
- Design and develop a high-performance platform capable of handling and processing large volumes of requests efficiently.
- Work within a diverse team, employing scrum and agile development methodologies.
- Create excellence in terms of results quality and system scalability through continuous evaluation, analysis, and refinement of the system implementation.
- Strive for automation and cloud operation readiness.
- Perform quality assurance tasks and solve complex integration issues.
- Ability to work in global teams with different time zones.
- Immerse yourself quickly into new topics, terminology, and development tasks.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 4 to 7 years of working experience as a software developer, preferably in AI-focused cloud/container application development.
- Solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in algorithms, data structures, objects-oriented programming, design patterns, multi-threaded programming, and software design principles.
- Sound experience in cloud native development.
- Strong coding development and debugging skills, including hands-on experience with JavaScript, GoLang, and Python.
- Hands-on experience in developing REST APIs using frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, etc.
- Experience working with DevOps, including but not limited to container technologies like Docker & Kubernetes, as well as Cloud Native technology stack such as Istio, Helm, etcd, Argo, and Envoy.
- Experience working with message queues such as Kafka and a clear understanding of pub-sub systems.
- Experience with cloud-based application development using platforms such as SAP's business technology platform, AWS, Azure & GCP.
- Experience in designing solutions and working with a team.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with the concepts of Generative AI, Foundation models, and LLMs.
